Villa Concepts for Sloped Topograpy
These preliminary studies, presenting various massing and spatial configurations, are specifically envisioned for a sloped topography and an environmental context of Tbilisi Hills Golf & Residences complex, ensuring their relevance and feasibility. A central tenet of these concepts is the integration of expansive glazed apertures designed to capture panoramic vistas and dissolve the boundary between the interior and the breathtaking landscape. The architectural expression is further enriched through a sophisticated interplay of diverse materials and textures, curated to create a visually opulent and tactile appeal. This is complemented by a multi-layered lighting design strategy that sculpts space and enhances atmosphere. The seamless integration of vegetation throughout the structure serves to anchor the building in its natural setting. The exterior compositions prominently feature generously proportioned balconies and terraces; this design decision is a strategic response to local building regulations, which advantageously assess such spaces at only a one-third rate within the K-2 coefficient, allowing for an amplification of usable outdoor area while maintaining regulatory compliance.
